Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using CardMeet, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CardMeet.io ("CardMeet," "we," "us," or "our") provides a digital business card and professional networking platform accessible via our mobile application and website. These Terms govern your access to and use of CardMeet's services, including the mobile app, website, APIs, and any related features (collectively, the "Service").
You must be at least 13 years old to use CardMeet. By using CardMeet, you represent that:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Notify us immediately at support@cardmeet.io if you suspect unauthorised access. CardMeet is not liable for loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Each account is for a single individual. You may not share your account with others.
Create, customise, and share a digital card with your professional details.
Generate a unique QR code or use NFC to instantly exchange contact information.
Scan QR codes or physical business cards via AI-powered OCR to save contacts.
Organise connections, add notes, and track professional relationships.
Send and receive meeting requests directly from a contact's profile.
Voice transcribed on-device; text analysed by Claude for summaries and action items.
CardMeet is currently free. All features are included during our beta period — no credit card required.
We plan to introduce paid subscription tiers in the future. When we do, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to CardMeet — profile info, photos, contacts, notes, and any other data.
By submitting content, you grant CardMeet a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. We never use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
You represent that your profile information is accurate and you have the right to share any content you upload.

CardMeet and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service. These Terms do not grant you any right in CardMeet's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described. The CardMeet name, logo, and QR code design are trademarks of CardMeet.io and may not be used without prior written consent.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse or fraud, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries or OCR results will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardMeet's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to CardMeet in the prior 12 months or (b) $50 USD.
We hope to resolve any disputes informally. Please contact us at support@cardmeet.io and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
You retain the right to bring claims in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek emergency injunctive relief.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
By using CardMeet, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
